“But…But I thought you were dead!”
By: Riley Sheahan

Have you ever realized that you said something that wasn’t called for? Saying that Chase decided to make the wrong move at the wrong time.
Every since 2007, Chase and Trevor always were competitive when it comes to basketball. Saying that they both played to same position and both hard a hard time with the game. With this all said, Trevor and Chase always wanted to play a one on one basketball at Chases house every day after school. “First one to eleven” Chase would say to start the game. Chase would always start the game with a push off, which led to Chase getting into his head.
“One to noting,” Chase would shout right away. With this all said Chase won, and Trevor won. It always was on and off, but the real deal was coming up with the Opie Tournament. Opie Tournament was a big deal, because there was many prizes you can earn. As the tournament went on Chase’s team was winning and Trevor’s team was winning. Sure enough it came down to Trevor’s team and Chase’s in the final against each other.
It ended up with Chase’s team winning it all, everyone was excited besides Trevor. Trevor was nowhere to be found after the game for awards. Awards were going on and Trevor wasn’t in sight. Chases name was called for most valuable player and texts were going around like crazy. Trevor got a text saying that Chase won MVP, and Trevor was about to kill himself.
Trevor got nothing but a small trophy saying second place, while Chase on the other hand got a hand full or awards and trophies. Chase went over to Trevor’s house and was seeing if he was doing alright, saying that Trevor told of his friends that he is going to kill himself. Chase wanted to see if this was really happening.
It all turned out that Trevor didn’t kill himself but was just was just very angry, about losing to his friend. How would you react to hearing that your friend was going to kill him or her self.
